A gorgeous Georgian-style country house refurbished and re-decorated to create a wonderful, contemporary, exclusive use wedding venue at the heart of Lancashire’s beautiful Ribble Valley. Standing amongst 13 acres of superbly kept gardens and grounds Eaves Hall really does present the most picture perfect backdrop for your celebrations.

Civil Ceremonies
in four stunning locations
Eaves Hall is fully licensed for civil ceremonies both inside and out. We have two stunning suites available indoors – the Ballroom, which holds up to 60 guests, and the Pendle Room, which can hold 120 people. Outside a beautiful Wedding Pavilion set on gorgeous manicured lawns, and the Veranda to the front of the building are also both licensed for outdoor ceremonies of up to 120 guests.
Your wedding breakfast is a wonderful start to the celebration of your marriage. At Eaves Hall, we enlist some of the region’s most talented chefs to create delicious, unforgettable meals with superb service from happy and helpful staff, everyone is dedicated to making it the perfect day just for you.
With cultivated, award winning gardens set within 13 acres, incredible views of the Ribble Valley, luxurious interiors and exquisite architecture, Eaves Hall has no shortage of locations and opportunities to create memorable wedding photos to truly capture your day.
With 30 gorgeous bedrooms including six stunning suites in the Hall itself – and the fabulous mini mansion that is The Lodge, Eaves Hall boasts enough space to entertain and accommodate your family and friends as they join you to celebrate your special day.
Quiet and picturesque, Eaves Hall is within easy reach for your guests, yet secluded enough to give you the privacy you need to make you feel like you’re the only people for miles. Within easy reach of Clitheroe, the A59 and M6 with plentiful free on-site parking and extra accommodation nearby it’s the perfect venue to become a home away from home for you and your guests during your celebrations.

Yes, we have 4 spaces, 2 indoor and 2 outdoor that are all licensed.
Minimum seated day guests – Sunday – Thursday 60, Friday 70, Saturday 80.
Maximum seated day guests – 120 and up to 250 evening guests.
All of our weddings are individually priced depending on the date and number of guests present at your wedding. For a quotation, please contact our Wedding Coordinator.
We have 30 bedrooms, ranging from luxury suites to comfortable singles. Upon booking your wedding with us, we will reserve all rooms for the night of the wedding. You will then have full control over booking these rooms, we just need to know the final details 3 months before. Speak to your Wedding Coordinator for full terms and conditions.
We only allow fireworks on Bonfire Night and New Years Eve due to the close proximity of our neighbours.
Last orders will be given at 12:15 am with the bar closing at 12:30 am. A bar will then re-open at 01:00 am for residents only, at the Bar Manager’s discretion.
